Note:  You will be partially refunded the difference, if you decide to cancel or forget to come in for your 2nd visit. You will be charged $149 plus any upgrades, or add-ons, plus tax. 

A $37 service/sitting fee will be collected if you decide to cancel after commencement of 2nd visit.
